i love excersicing, it is an important part in my life because i like being healthy.
i have a workout routine, i follow the next steps:
i begin by warming up my body, with scissors jumps then i start with 40 genie abs, after that i taje a rest of 1 minute. i continue with eagle abs, and i take another rest. i follow up with runaway abs, star abs, clock abs, hollow socks, single leg chop, and earthsqakes. between every exercise i take a rest of 1 minute.
